Rihanna Rocks the Biker Boot

Over the past few years, in fashion, we've seen many designs created of the 'Biker' Boot. There's been high heeled boots with multiple buckles, heeled shoes with buckles, flat chunky boots with buckles. Of course, they're not literally like a bikers boot (if they were we'd probably be dragging our feet around just with the sheer weight of them!!) No, they're a 'Ladies', more elegant version of the biker boot. W'eve seen multi-coloured, embellished and diamante styles of the biker boot. But, we think we've found the most classic, trendiest Biker of them all...behold... 'The Harley'..

And guess who's been spotted rocking a pair of these luscious biker boots, our fave R'n'B star Rihanna. She's teamed with a black mini and lots of arm jewellery.

What we love most about The Harley Biker boot is the simplicity of the upper leg of the boot. There's lots of buckle detail going on around the ankle area, with chunky oversized shiny silver buckles, attatched by a 'stirrup' feature. Then the upper leg of the boot looks perfectly formed in a smooth, soft leather with two pull up tags at either side of the top of the boot. We really love the toe shape on these boots, not what you'd call 'square', just perfectly chiselled! And, at just £99 for these full leather boots!

These 'Mandy' boots are a similar option, with three large buckles at the side and a round toe shape, mid calf boot. These boots are not real leather, but great for biker boot starters who want to rock this trend for a season or two, without investing lots of money.

 If you like Ugg style boots and biker boots, these 'Caron' buckled Ugg inspired leather look boots are perfect for you, giving you the biker look, with a soft comfy sole.

For pure luxury in Italian leather footwear, these 'Jacob' boots will last years and are a more subtle biker option.

Wear with skinny jeans and funky shirts/rock chic tee's, or like Rihanna wear with cute dresses (when it's not raining in U.K!..which could prove tricky!) Or wear with dresses and skirts, with funky tights.
