It's asking for a security code..what is this?
You can find your card security code on the reverse of your card. It's the last three digits on the signature strip.
What do you do with my card details?
Your card information is not retained by Chockersshoes.co.uk once you've made a purchase.
Your payment will be processed by SagePay. Your card details are entered over a secure server system. Your card information is encrypted before being processed.
Chockersshoes.co.uk does not have access to any of your card details, these are only visible to SagePay. Once your payment is accepted by SagePay, Chockersshoes.co.uk is informed and we dispatch your order.
Please Note: Your payment will be taken from your card immediately. If there are any problems with your order or payment we will contact you by e-mail.
Problems with paying?
The most common problem at the checkout occurs if you've forgotten to enter the 'billing' address..this should be typed in exactly as it appears on your bank statement. If you do not enter your information exactly as registered with your bank, your payment may be declined.
Remember to fill in all of the boxes on the payments page or your payment request will not be submitted.
If you live in Ireland and do not have a postcode, simply enter four zeros (0000) into the postcode box.
What if I change my mind?
Once your order has been processed you cannot ammend or cancel, however we do have a 21 day return period for a full refund.
Promotional/Discount Codes?
If you have one of these codes, you may enter it at the billing stage and the correct amount/percentage will be deducted from your value of goods. Your delivery charge will then be added on at the end of your bill.
No one's ever at home...can I give another address?
Yes, you can do this, as long as someone will be there to sign for the delivery.
Can I use a gift voucher/credit voucher to pay?
Regrettably we cannot accept credit vouchers, gift vouchers or cheques as methods of payment.
Package damaged on arrival?
If your package is damaged on arrival and you feel this is unacceptable, ideally you should refuse to accept the package. If however you have already accepted the package you will need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving. After this time claims will not be accepted.
What if my shoes are out of stock?
On occasions that your product is out of stock we may send you a carefully chosen alternative to which you will have the option to accept or decline. If your item does become out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and whether it will be available again at a later date.
Delivery:
Please Note: Premium Delivery is next working day after dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please e-mail us for further information.
Texting Service: If you lead a busy lifestyle or live in flats, we strongly suggest that you register for a text update giving you a 3 hour window of your delivery time. You can select this option on the payment page.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
up to 2 pairs = £4
3-5 pairs = £3.50
5 + pairs = £2 per pair
(Delivery 2-6 working days)
UK Mainland Premium Delivery:
up to 2 pairs £6, then £3 per additional pair
(Next Working Day Delivery after dispatch)
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man:
£8 Delivery for up to 3 pairs. £2 each pair thereafter
3-7working days
Southern Ireland :
Up to 3 pairs = £10, additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 2-6 working days
Europe:
Up to 3 pairs = £10
Additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 3-6 working days
International:
Up to 3 pairs = £10
Additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 8-10 working days
If you require a Saturday delivery please inform us by e-mail and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order on the date specified.

No ones ever at home...can give another address?
At the checkout You can enter a 'billing address' where your card is registered, then enter a 'delivery address' being an address where someone will be there to accept your delivery.
If there is no one there to accept the delivery, a card will be posted through the door of the premises for you to collect from your local depot or to arrange a re-delivery.
Can I track my order?
If you choose premium delivery option you can request your delivery reference by e-mailing us at info@chockersshoes.co.uk, you will then be able to track your parcel online.
Can I pick a day for my delivery?
In some cases yes. Its worth dropping us a quick e-mail and we will try our best to get your order to you on the day you specify. Regrettably we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
