Delivery and Returns
Texting Service: If you lead a busy lifestyle or live in flats, we strongly suggest that you register for a text update giving you a 1-2 hour window of your delivery time. You can select this option on the payment page.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
up to 2 pairs = £4
3-5 pairs = £3.50
5 + pairs = £2 per pair
Delivery 2 -10 working days
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man:
£8 Delivery for up to 3 pairs. £2 each pair thereafter
4-11 working days
Southern Ireland :
Up to 3 pairs = £10, additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 4-11 working days
Europe:
Up to 3 pairs = £10
Additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 5-12 working days
International:
Up to 3 pairs = £20
Additional pairs £2 per pair
Delivery 7-17 working days
Please Note: We do not dispatch on public bank holidays. Please take this into account when placing your order.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving a 'dispatched' e-mail from us, please notify us. If we have not heard otherwise after 5 days, we will assume that you have received your order. Any claims of non-received goods after this time will be the discretion of the delivery service used.
Returns:
We want you to love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are
not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Chockers Shoes, please return your
order to us, within 14 days (from the date of dispatch) for a refund. We are not able to offer exchanges.
If you would like another item(s), please place a new order online. We are not able to offer free returns.
Please pack your returns securely and return to us via the address stated on your dispatch note. Returns will only be accepted by post, to this address only. Your dispatch note and returns form are e-mailed to you at the point of dispatch. If you cannot locate this, or do not have this to hand, please drop us an e-mail orders@chockersshoes.co.uk and we will send you a copy.
If you are un-able to print your returns form, simply include the following information on your return:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number & E-mail
- Reason for return
Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail to confirm this. We aim to process refunds within 1 week of receiving them. However, we are un-able to guarantee this time, therefore, we suggest you allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an e-mail to confirm this.
