Delivery and Returns

Texting Service: If you lead a busy lifestyle or live in flats, we strongly suggest that you register for a text update .You can select this option on the payment page.

If there are any problems when we come to dispatch your order we will contact by via the e-mail address you give us, so please make sure you use an e-mail address you have regular access to.

 

UK Mainland:

Up to 3 pairs - £3.95, each additional pair £1.25, Delivery 1- 4 working days

Please note that many orders to UK Mainland are delivered within 1 or 2 days of your order.

 

Scottish Highlands , Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands & Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight:

Up to 3 pairs - £5.95, each additional pair £2, Delivery 1- 4 working days

 

Southern Ireland:

Up to 2 pairs - £7.95, each additional pair £7.95, Delivery 3 – 4 working days

 

Europe:  

Up to 2 pairs £7.95, each additional pair £2, Delivery 3 – 6 working days. 

Please note this does depend on local postal services in the destination country.

 

The Rest of the World:

Up to 2 pairs £10.95, each additional pair £2, Delivery 6-15 working days.

Please Note: We do not dispatch on public bank holidays. Please take this into account when placing your order.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving a 'dispatched' e-mail from us, please notify us. If we have not heard otherwise after 5 days, we will assume that you have received your order. Any claims of non-received goods after this time will be the discretion of the delivery service used.

 

 

 

 

Returns:

 

For your convenience, when your order is dispatched you receive an automated e-mail which has your dispatch confirmation and your returns note attached.

 

Your returns note will confirm the address you should send your return back to, should you need it.

 

Please e-mail us via the contact page if you require a copy of your returns form.

 

We are happy to accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

 

We do not currently cover the cost of returns. Please make sure to obtain a free proof of posting for your return incase it does become lost in the postal service.
