Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All shoes must be tried on inside on carpet. Please note SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

In order to receive a return your unwanted items please email the following address, where  you will be sent a returns form:

Please return your unwanted items by Royal Mail,  post to the address stated on the returns form and include as much detail as possible regarding the reason for return. Be sure to obtain a free 'proof of posting' certificate from the post office and retain until you receive confirmation that we have received your return.

 

Please note:

  • Returns may take up to 14 days to  be processed

  • All orders are quality checked before dispatch, therefore we are unable to offer free returns for the loss of diamantes/ decorative detail

  • We do not cover postage costs for unwanted items
